1. Services
Radiant Global™ ("Agency") acts as an independent travel agent and intermediary. We arrange travel products and services on your behalf but are not the carrier, hotel, tour operator, or supplier of those services. Your contract for the underlying services is with the supplier directly.
2. Service Fees
A non-refundable service fee of $75–$150 CAD per booking is charged for agent services, separate from supplier costs. This fee is earned upon booking confirmation and is not refundable upon cancellation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by supplier. Generally: cancellations 60+ days before departure may receive the maximum supplier refund; 30–60 days may receive partial refund; cancellations under 30 days are typically non-refundable. Supplier-specific terms take precedence. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@radiantglobal.ca.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates; obtaining all required visas and travel documents; purchasing adequate travel insurance; compliance with all applicable laws of destination countries. The Agency provides guidance but cannot guarantee visa or entry approval.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. Radiant Global™ can arrange coverage through partner insurers. Travelling without insurance is at your own risk.
6. Liability Limitation
The Agency's liability is limited to direct damages up to the total service fees paid. We are not liable for disruptions caused by suppliers, airlines, weather, government actions, pandemics, or force majeure events outside our control.
7. Privacy (PIPEDA)
Your personal information (name, contact, passport, travel preferences) is collected solely to arrange your travel. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to complete your booking. Data is stored securely in encrypted cloud systems. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at support@radiantglobal.ca. We retain data for 7 years as required by Canadian tax regulations.
8. Communication Consent
By submitting an enquiry or booking, you consent to receiving communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and email related to your booking and travel services from Radiant Global™.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
